Both Blue Oyster and Lion's Mane mushrooms are available now. Blue
Oyster is perfect for pasta, stir fry, and grilling. Lion's Mane has a
delicate, seafood-like flavor ideal for sautéing or as a meat
substitute.

Yes! Free delivery is available from Abbotsford to Langley. Orders are
delivered fresh on harvest day.
Yes! We supply fresh mushrooms to local restaurants and chefs. Weekly
supply, 1 lb to 5 lb orders, and samples available by request. Contact
us for wholesale pricing.
Store mushrooms in a paper bag in the refrigerator for up to 7-10
days. Keep them dry and avoid plastic bags which can cause them to
become slimy. For best quality, use within a few days of delivery.
