We currently grow four premium varieties: Blue Oyster, Lion's Mane,
Golden Oyster, and Chestnut. All are available now and perfect for a
variety of dishes from pasta and stir fry to soups and sautés.

Yes! Free delivery is available from Abbotsford to Langley. Orders are
delivered fresh on harvest day.
Yes! We supply fresh mushrooms to local restaurants and chefs. Weekly
supply, 1 lb to 5 lb orders, and samples available by request. Contact
us for wholesale pricing.
Store mushrooms in a paper bag in the refrigerator for up to 7-10
days. Keep them dry and avoid plastic bags which can cause them to
become slimy. For best quality, use within a few days of delivery.
